Orthopaedic  Sports Massage.  Focusing on the treatment of an injury using a variety of techniques, sports massage requires specific knowledge of the physiology of sports injuries.  It is based on a system of assessment, technique variety and rehabilitation protocols to produce the most effective outcomes.
Sports Massage.  Individually tailored, sport specific massage targeting areas of tension or tightness using a variety of massaging techniques.  Used on a regular basis sports massage ensures good muscle tone which can help to prevent injuries.  Also available for Pre or Post event treatments.
Neuromuscular Therapy.  Remedial massage for the treatment of a number of conditions resulting from work, sports activities or accidents.  With a similar protocol and techniques to sports massage, this Therapy focuses on Trigger Points and Trigger Point Referral patterns.
Dry Needling.  The insertion of single use, sterile, acupuncture needles into muscular trigger points.  Added into a treatment, DN can improve results and reduce pain faster.  Excellent for deactivating trigger points, reducing muscle spasm by breaking the pain-spasm-pain cycle, increasing local blood flow and modifying the body's response to pain.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage.  Slow rhythmic massage stimulating the lymphatic system which boosts white blood cell production and the removal of toxins and excess water from around the cells of the body.  Can be used in conjunction with other massaging techniques.  Excellent for water retention, sinus congestion, reducing swelling after injury, before or after surgery or as part of a detox.
