You may be more comfortable bringing shorts to change into and a vest type top. You will be asked to undress to a level that we can assess you fully. Your privacy and dignity will be maintained at all times.

We do ask for 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.  A cancellation fee may be charged if 24-hours' notice is not given.  However, if you cannot attend due to being unwell we do not charge a cancellation fee.  For those who do not attend without contacting us we charge the full fee of the missed appointment

We are in the entrance to Stacey's Court long stay car park.  This does get busy but there is also plenty of parking at the Cocklemoor Car Park with a short walk along the riverbank.
